Who We Are
Our Mission
The Community Nutrition Network and Senior Services Association "CNNSSA" provides meals and resources to older adults and persons with disabilities and assists them in leading active and healthy lives.
Our Vision
To live in an environment where seniors and persons with disabilities are valued and are an active part of our community.
What We Do
We use volunteers:
- To deliver meals to our clients week day mornings.
- To make wellness calls to our clients.
- To make greeting cards for our clients that are handed out with the delivered meals.
We use corporate volunteers:
- To make wellness calls to our clients.
- To create senior care bags for our clients.
- To make blankets for senior clients
- To make greeting cards for our clients that are handed out with the delivered meals.
