MEN WHO COOK is a favorite of all ages and provides critical financial support for Will County Children’s Advocacy Center’s programs providing hope, healing and justice for abused children.

In its 10th year, MEN WHO COOK is widely recognized as the largest and most popular, single day fundraising event in Will County!

This fun and casual cook-off competition features over 50 local men – leaders in business, construction, accounting/finance, law enforcement, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, government, education, and media – serving samples of their favorite dish for public judging.

Bigger Than Last Year’s Record-Breaking Event & Exciting New Featurees!

  1. Addition of a professional/commercial chef division…for a larger quantity and wider array of tantalizing food!

  2. Change of venue to Chicagoland Speedway...which will provide:

    • Exclusive infield experience in the NASCAR garage area

    • Abundant parking

    • Large al fresco dining area with ample tables and chairs and illuminated grandstand as a backdrop

    • Unique, early fall, under-the-stars setting to taste a wide array of delicious food, with good friends

All proceeds benefit the Will County Children's Advocacy Center, a 501c3 non-profit agency, founded by Will County State's Attorney James W. Glasgow, that provides hope, healing and justice for abused children.
