Will Co. Continuum of Care (CoC)

The Will County CoC works in partnership with numerous agencies throughout Will, Grundy and Kendall Counties to build a comprehensive service delivery system that leads individuals and families from homelessness to self-sufficiency.

The purpose of the Will County CoC is to create a collaborative, inclusive, community-based process and approach to planning for and managing homeless assistance resources and programs effectively to prevent and end homelessness in Will, Grundy and Kendall Counties.
