Joliet Area Community Hospice: Memorial Day Celebration at Our Veterans Memorial Garden

Veterans and their families are welcome to attend this event during which JACH remembers and honors the veteran patients who have died in the last year while in our care.  Names are read, taps is played and attendees have an opportunity to walk around the pond led by a bagpiper, tossing in a stone in remembrance of their loved one who died.  Rain or shine.
