The Salvation Army runs a self-shop food pantry every Monday to Will County residents.
Volunteers are needed to:
1. Help stock the shelves before the food pantry starts (light stocking) and
2. Shop the clients through the food pantry with their cart.
The volunteer will let each client know the amount of food they can select per shelf.
Volunteers need to be gracious and patient as we serve those who are less fortunate and often disabled or elderly. This is a wonderful volunteer position and very rewarding.
