The Will County Community Health Center is looking for volunteers to help patients access their emails or enrolling them in patient portal. We have access to computers onsite but often patients are unsure how to enroll in their patient portal. The patient portal offers:
¨ Communicate a non-urgent message to your provider
¨ Request appointments online
¨ Check your lab and test results
¨ Have 24 hour access to your personal health information
If you have some knowledge of computers, we could use your help. Volunteers will be trained on how to access the patient portal as well.
