Calling All Volunteers!
St. Coletta's is looking for volunteers for the Annual Caritas Benefit held on Friday, November 9th, 2018 . This is a one (1) night fun charity fundraiser to help raise money for children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Here is some helpful information about volunteering:
•The Annual Caritas Benefit for St. Coletta's will be held at The Esplanade Lakes Ballroom located at 3500 Lacey Rd, Downers Grove, IL 60515
•The Caritas Benefit is a formal gala where you can wear a comfortable dress for ladies or a nice shirt and dress pants for guys
• The event will last from 5 to 11:30 pm so please be prepared to stay until the end
• There will be free dinner served for all volunteers, plus free parking
• We will need volunteers for registration, hosting/giving guest instructions, monitoring the silent auction, assisting with the live auction program and helping guests pick up prizes at the end of the night
• Great opportunity to help a wonderful cause for people in need
