The Angel Tree Program is a program offered to families below poverty level in Will County. Every child registered receives two toys and a coat. The family also receives a turkey with all of the sides and desert to take home and prepare.
We are always in need of volunteers for the week these toys come in! Our county is a very generous county and there are tons of toys! Preparing each child's Angel Tree wishes in their bag takes time and we only have four days to get it done! The 23rd. is the day the parents come through to pick-up their child's gifts and their turkey. We also need warm and joyous volunteers for this day! Please do not bring children under the age of 15 for this program, it is very hard for them to see all of these toys and not be able to play with them.
