Joliet Area Community Hospice: Remembering from the Heart Annual Dinner Meeting Fundraiser

At this marquee event, JACH will be celebrating 37 years of service to the community and honoring two "friends of hospice" who have played a large role in our success by awarding Heart of Hospice Awards. JACH will be thanking community members for their contributions and support, updating 300+ attendees on 2018 accomplishments, and sharing new initiatives underway at JACH and in the greater palliative care and hospice industry. There is much good news to share including local and national recognitions JACH has received this past year.  All this as part of an evening of silent auction items, raffles and delicious food.
