Volunteers, along with local agency staff, will be conducting a census to help identify and engage our neighbors experiencing unsheltered homelessness. Working in teams, volunteers and trained staff will canvas designated areas in Will County to identify anyone experiencing unsheltered homelessness that evening, completing a survey with them, and return the surveys to the Continuum of Care.
